What is covered by the fee?

• Admission to all conference sessions
• Admission to the Conference Dinner on 23 June 2010
• Lunches and Coffee Breaks
• One conference bag including: Final Program and Proceedings
• VAT 19%

Payment conditions

Registration Fee must be paid by Bank Transfer. See below for the information needed for direct Bank Transfer.

Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges (all bank charges must be paid by the participant).

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation before 10 February 2010 – full refund minus 40 EUR administration fee
• Cancellation made 11 February 2010 – 30 April 2010 – 50 % cancellation fee
• Cancellation from 1 May 2010 – no refund

 Name changes

• A name change can only be accepted for a fee of 25 EUR
• A name change on site will be treated as a new registration

Early registration fee – 4 800 CZK (registration and payment by 15 April 2010)
Regular registration fee – 6.300 CZK (registration and payment from 16 April 2010)
